Mary Jane is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) in practice for over 30 years. She is also a Certified Life Coach (CLC).
In addition, Mary Jane has been an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) for over 12 years, having trained with Dr. Patrick Carnes at the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals.
Mary Jane is a member of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals, the National Association of Addiction Professionals and the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health.
She has completed trainings in and studied cognitive therapy, trauma-informed therapies, grief and loss, meditation practices and energetic healing.
Mary Jane has extensive experience with adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors in both inpatient and outpatient programs. She enjoys working collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners in treating dually diagnosed clients.
Mary Jane is the owner of the Austin Addiction and Wellness Center.
